As an organization, ClassMates’ mission is to improve educational equity through personalized mentorship and teaching. We fully recognize that the embedded racial disparities in our education systems often produce unequal opportunities for success among Black and Latinx communities, and hope to address some of these issues through our program. We are committed to continuously educating ourselves on these issues, standing by our diverse community of students and tutors, and building meaningful relationships that empower students both inside and outside of the classroom.
